Before you can download a recording, you review it: remove missteps, mask anything sensitive, and fix the narration. Then you approve it, and the bundle is built.
Before you start
A recording you've stopped. After you stop, it shows Processing while the capture transfers. Click Refresh until it shows Ready for review.
NOTE: Review within 7 days of stopping the recording.

Show keyframes: shows or hides the timed screenshots between actions.
Approve: builds the bundle.
Delete: deletes the recording.

How many steps you've excluded.
Sign-in screens are never captured. The list shows the time they covered instead.
Exclude: leaves a step out of the bundle.

Step 1 - Exclude the missteps
Click a step to see its screenshot.
For each wrong turn, such as a menu opened by mistake or a button you had to search for, click Exclude.
An AI agent can't tell a wrong turn from a real step, so anything you leave in, it will treat as part of the task.
Step 2 - Mask anything sensitive
Check each step's screenshot for passwords, keys and personal information, and mask them. Masked text is permanently removed when you approve.
Step 3 - Fix the narration
Scroll to Narration below the steps.
Correct any line transcribed wrongly, or click Remove to drop it.
Click Save narration.
Step 4 - Approve
Click Approve. The dialog summarises what you masked and excluded:
Read the dialog, then click Approve.
NOTE: Approving deletes the raw capture and permanently removes masked text. Excluded steps can still be put back later.

Change it after approving
On the download page, click Edit again to reopen the review. You can exclude more steps, mask anything you missed and fix the narration, then approve again to rebuild the bundle.
Text you already masked stays removed.
You can't download the bundle until you approve again.
If you don't approve within 7 days, the recording goes back to its last approved bundle and your new edits are discarded.
Troubleshooting
The recording is stuck in Processing. The page doesn't update itself. Click Refresh.
You excluded the wrong step. Click Restore on it. Or, after approving, click Edit again first.
You approved with something sensitive left in. Click Edit again and mask it. If you already downloaded the bundle, delete that copy too.
